Role overview:

I developed Narratify.ai from the ground up, working closely with the founder, who is a tech content specialist. The idea was to create a focused, user-friendly AI writing tool that could help streamline content creation. I took care of the full product—from frontend to backend, AI integration, infrastructure, and overall UX.

Prompt management infrastructure:

Early on, we realized prompt iteration was a bottleneck—small wording changes meant full redeploys. So I built Promptmgr.com as a side tool to manage AI prompts more efficiently.

• Enables live prompt editing and organization in the browser.
• Prompts load dynamically into the app—no redeploy needed.
• Built-in tracking for token usage, costs, and request history.

Challenges & solutions:

The main challenge was balancing iteration speed with reliability. Building Promptmgr gave us the flexibility to experiment without slowing development. I also kept the architecture simple and centralized to make it easier to manage and update as the product evolves.
